Shannon “Shay” Erismann Shannon is a Geologist/Hydrologist with 10 years’ experience in pisciculture and water management. Shannon started her career as a hydrologic technician with the United States Geological Survey, monitoring streams on the Island of Oahu. Shannon managed the "Major Water Users" program for the state of Missouri, organizing and reporting the water usage of cities, large corporations and agricultural exploitations. Shannon is a lifeguard (license SISL) and proud member of the Montreux lifesavers club. Shannon is responsible for the inventories and investigations.

Roger Erismann Roger is an economist with an MBA and a former combat medic with service in Afghanistan. Roger has experience in machine programming and project management, he has managed projects in manufacturing, medical relief operations and office efficiency. Roger is a lifeguard (license SISL) and proud member of the Montreux lifesavers club. Roger is responsible for database administration, communication and project coordination.
Gary Hare Gary is an artist, licensed general contractor, and woodworker with 25 years experience in multiple trades in the construction industry. He has a lifelong appreciation for nature and the outdoor/actual world. Gary is the project manager for California hammerdirt operations. Gary is responsible for the litter surveys along the American River
Steven Marler Steven Marler is a native of Northern California. Growing up in Rancho Cordova On the American River he developed a love of nature and of the water. He and his Wife Patty have Five Daughters ranging in age from 9-25. In 2013 Steve and Patty and their two youngest Daughters moved to Lake County so Patty could pursue her career in Social Work. Steve is an accomplished Chef and Cabinetmaker. Steve is responsible for the litter surveys in Clear Lake.
